For an Aviation Company located in Beirut Lebanon:

Workforce Planning Specialist responsible for overseeing and optimizing the utilization of the workforce and equipment within the organization. This role involves strategic planning, forecasting, scheduling, and ensuring efficient staffing levels to meet business objectives. He/She will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop and implement workforce management strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Education & Experience:
1- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2- Proven experience in workforce management or a similar role is a MUST (Minimum of 2 Years)
3- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Professional Certification:
1- Proficient in workforce management software and tools, preferably with experience in scheduling and forecasting
systems.
2 – Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet
deadlines.
Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities
• Develop and maintain workforce management processes, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring coverage to meet service level agreements and customer demands.
• Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in workforce management practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management, recommending innovative strategies to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand their workforce requirements and develop staffing plans accordingly.
• Conduct workforce forecasting and analysis to determine staffing needs based on historical data, business trends, and growth projections.
• Implement strategies to address staffing/equipment gaps, such as recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives.
