Job Overview

Job Purpose

Responsible for assisting in the recruitment process by supporting the implementation of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination activities, ensuring a smooth hiring process while maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

*Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.

*Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

*Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with concerned Function Heads across the Company, and managing recruitment logistics.

*Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and maintain active job postings.

*Follow up with candidates and concerned Function Heads to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

*Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) .

*Provide regular updates to candidates on their application status and ensure a professional, positive candidate experience.

*Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics such as time-to-fill and applicant flow and report the same to the Direct Manager.

*Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings in collaboration with hiring managers.

*Manage recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, interview feedback, and candidate records.

*Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

*Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in implementing recruitment initiatives.

*Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company’s policies and the Lebanese labor law .

*Adhere to the diversity, equity, and inclusion standards throughout the hiring process.

*Conduct ad-hoc activities related to the Job Duties, as requested by the Direct Manager.

Job Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

*1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
