Job Overview

– Implementing of the ISO 22000 system in the factory.
– Implementing and filling checklists (OPRPs, CCPs, Temperature and humidity).
– Preparing HACCP plans and flow diagrams for all current items and new items.
– Inspecting factory areas daily with equipment to ensure sanitary and safety standards.
– Supervising staff hygiene, cleaning and sanitation
– Piloting and training for all the food handlers on the food safety, personal hygiene, cross contamination
– Sending samples to the laboratory to check raw materials, finished products, water and swabs.
