Job Overview

Responsible for Reviewing, researching all company Product Pricing versus Local Market Competitor Products and ensuring company Competitive Advantage is maintained and enhanced when deemed necessary.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
– Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the same or related field.
Review all market conditions for all Product lines and SKU’s Vs Similar Products within the Market as follows:
 Price Points Vs Market Price Points
 Product line Range Vs Competitors
 Private Label Vs Similar Branded Products both in the Market and branded products
 Promotions Vs Competitor Promotions
 NPD (New Product Development) Vs Competitors both Local and International
 Market Trends Local and International
 Merchandizing Vs Competitors and new Merchandizing Trends
₋ Ensure to inform all Merchandise Heads of trends and competitors product ranges within specified Categories and keep all related Department Heads up to date with market conditions.
₋ Develop analytical tools to aid in market research and to guide Department Heads to fact-based decision making.
₋ Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
