2- Check list data entry
3- Subcontractors check list and visit reports data entry
4- Private work quotations
5- Private work invoicing and follow up + collection
6- Visit report data entry and collection
7- Procurement assistance
8- Assets management for tools + stock
9- Document control for operations (documents mentioned in point 2-3-4-5-6)
10- Various tasks requested by Operations manager related to administration, IT and accounting/ finance (Microsoft To-DO)
11- Stock Control
