Job Overview
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the organizational development initiatives across the Company, including the design and implementation of strategic programs related to organizational structuring, performance management, rewards, employee engagement, and change management to enhance organizational efficiency, employee performance, and organizational culture.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
*Assist in the development of the strategic objectives and KPIs for the Department and ensure the achievement of set objectives.
*Review the operating results of the department and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
*Set the operational budget covering the Department’s activities and ensure that adequate provision is made for all activities
*Assist in the development of the Division’s policies and manage the implementation of the same at the department level, to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled in line with the set requirements.
*Administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for all violations of the Department’s policies, rules and procedures.
Develop and ensure the implementation of effective organizational development strategies to improve employee performance, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness in line with the Company’s strategic direction.
*Oversee the performance management system, ensuring processes such as objective setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans in line with the strategic objectives.
*Manage the development and implementation of rewards and recognition programs, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
*Manage and guide the Rewards and Performance Specialist in executing compensation, benefits, and performance management processes effectively.
*Conduct organizational assessments to identify enhancement areas, including structure, process flows, and reporting lines inline with the Organizational Structuring design principles.
*Analyze performance data and employee feedback to recommend strategic enhancements in reward management systems, engagement initiatives, and employee development programs.
*Generate regular and special reports for the Direct Manager that summarize and forecast the Organizational Development activities and financial position and escalate critical issues to provide effective recommendations in meeting key challenges
*Work closely with the Direct Manager to assist in planning the Division’s people agenda, analyses manpower plans, implications of decisions, and address issues to manage the priorities accordingly.
*Identify manpower requirements and Coordinate with the HR / Transactional Services Section on all recruiting activities.
*Conduct an annual employee performance appraisal of the Department’s employees, while ensuring employee career development and motivation.
*Recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on employee performance, in line with the Organizational policy.
Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
*Master’s degree in human resources management is required.
*Certified Organization Development Professional is an added value.
*8 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or related field.
