Job Overview
Objectives:
The survey coordinator will mainly be responsible of managing remotely the fieldwork. The survey coordinators will be working under the guidance of the survey manager
Scope of work:
- Assist in the management and coordination of the fieldwork daily work.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as documentations, prepare and store documents related to workers in the survey.
- Assist in photocopying, faxing, mailing, archiving, etc., to assist the team working in the survey during all survey phases.
- Prepare survey documents such as Ilots maps, household lists and other documents for fieldworkers and office workers.
- Manage fieldwork (receive, deliver, follow, liaison and follow up of the survey work and staff);
- Assignment of questionnaires/ maps for data entry and data coding and cleaning (receive, deliver, follow, liaison and follow up of the survey work);
- Assist in the preparation of statistical reports and field check tables and progress reports
- He/she is requested to protect all IT and other equipment and software and other material he/she will be using during his/her work; the ownership of all equipment and software and survey tools remain to CAS. He/she is not allowed to use them for personal purposes.
- Coordinate office activities related to PAPI implementation
- Execute other tasks given to him/her by the survey manager
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum a university degree in arts or sciences.
- A degree in social sciences, business administration or law is an added value.
- Previous field experience in household surveys. Experience in similar work with the Central Administration of Statistics is an added value.
- Good knowledge in MS Office (word, excel and power point)
- Fluent in Arabic and English language verbally and in writing.
