Job Overview

An international NGO in Lebanon is seeking for a part time Administrative Assistant – 3 months contract.

Scope of work

As a member of the support team, the Administrative Assistant will support the Project Assistant and the Strategy Expert leading the revision process of the National Social Protection Strategy. Specifically, the selected candidate will:

  1. Prepare the IMC meetings logistics, including invitations, confirmations of attendance, meeting location, printing documents, coordinating the provision of refreshments, etc.
  2. Work with the Project Assistant to support the Strategy Expert in scheduling meetings with the different ministries as needed.
  3. Support the logistic preparations of the technical committee meetings.


Profile requirements

The successful applicant must meet the below minimum requirements:

  • Completion of a university degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year experience in administrative or coordination work in a relevant sector (non-governmental organizations, line ministries, public institutions.
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
