Indoor & Outdoor (Office-based with field visits)
The Sales & Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s services. The role involves a combination of office-based activities (calls, proposals, coordination) and outdoor activities (client meetings, site visits, networking).
Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and service trends.
Prepare and deliver service presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in coordination with management.
Close sales deals and ensure smooth handover to the operations/service delivery team.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a service-based company.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage both office-based and field activities.
Results-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
